Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

The property is located on a back country road and has an attached apartment that is also listed on Airbnb. There is ample concrete parking that can accommodate a horse trailer and a travel trailer. Please note that while the house has many updates, it has been well-loved and lived in.
