Located just a 5-minute drive from several beautiful beaches on the south end of Bear Lake. The spacious master suite features a king-size bed and a jacuzzi tub. There's also plenty of parking in the driveway for multiple vehicles and/or a boat.

Thanks for looking at our home! You'll have great views from a fantastic deck! New furnishings make this feel like home. Includes all of the necessary bedding, extra blankets, towels, dishes, flatware that you'll need. Other furnishings that will make the stay more comfortable: large TV in the master, dining table that seats 10 and a small desk. Close to the best public beaches, Pickleville playhouse and main Garden City strip and much more!

Cozy walk-out basement with views of the lake and a gate-access pass to the amenities of Ideal Beach. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, wi-fi, games, and lots of parking for your boats and toys. Pets are welcome for $15/pet per night, maximum of 2. Great for creative retreats, families, digital nomads, and vacationers--not the right place for partiers. The HOA noise ordinance is enforced, and there are upstairs guests. No smoking!
