Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. You'll sleep soundly in the comfortable king sized bed. Take in a Boise Hawks baseball game or head to the fairgrounds or see a concert at the Revolution Concert House, all within a 1 mile drive. If you like skiing, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 22 miles away. Many restaurants, shopping and social gathering places close by. This house is a comfortable modern home located in a quiet neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

Named after the smallest of North American falcons, which nest in nearby trees, "Kestrel's Perch" was recently reimagined - from the bottom up - in the spirit of a comfortable mid-century hilltop retreat, emphasizing the property's spectacular views of the Valley, private setting and access to the surrounding amenities of northwest Boise. The 1000 sq ft home features a large master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (also nicely suitable as office), well-lit kitchen/living room and italian-tiled bathroom.

Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.
