A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

This one room studio (no separate bedroom/kitch)in the Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and is a bird watchers paradise with 366 species of birds observed and documented here.Look up Edwin B Forsythe and you will see info on the visitor center with walking trails.) Steps to a private dock for crabbing, fishing or your water toys. Tranquility abounds but close to AC, Brigantine, Historic Port Republic & Smithville Village! The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!
