Villa Greco mit schönem Garten

Nach zwei Jahren Umbauzeit vermieten wir ab Frühjahr 2025 erstmals das ehemalige Haus meiner Großeltern, "Villa Greco". Es handelt sich um ein geräumiges Haus mit den traditionellen, hohen Decken "volte a stelle". Es ist ca. 98 qm groß. Alles wurde sehr modern renoviert. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und eine Heizung. Außerdem ist für Herbst- und Wintertage ein Holz-Kaminofen zusätzlich vorhanden. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Zur barocken Altstadt von Nardò sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten.

La casa, ristrutturata nel rispetto della sua autenticità, si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Matino, in una delle corti più antiche, a ridosso del Palazzo Marchesale. E' ideale per trascorrere le vostre vacanze in assoluta tranquillità pur stando a pochi km da Gallipoli e dalle spiagge più belle del Salento. Si tratta di un attico con tre terrazze, di cui una panoramica dalla qualle si possono ammirare le case bianche del paese, la campagna salentina e il mare di Gallipoli con il faro.

Dimore del Cisto è una struttura immersa tra ulivi e macchia mediterranea, la struttura è formata da 2 unità per un totale di 8 posti letto, suddivise in 2 trulli adibiti a camere da letto. A servizio dei quali si trova spazio coperto, aria condizionata, bagno grande in comune per le due camere, cucina abitabile e lavanderia. La seconda unità è invece composta da 2 camere matrimoniali con aria condizionata, bagno in camera e TV, cucina abitabile e zona pranzo esterna.
