There is air condition in every bedroom and a pedestal floor fan for the open living room space/ kitchen. There is NO PARKING available outside the property, but there is port free parking or you will find parking space around the neighbourhood. Το Almiri's house είναι ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο σπίτι κατάλληλο για τις οικογενειακές και ήσυχες διακοπές που πάντα θέλατε. Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι και φωτεινοί και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Περιβάλλεται από έναν μεγάλο και προσεγμένο κήπο καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ. Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. Σας περιμένουμε στο Almiri's house.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The house is located near Myli harbor in AGISTRI and at the end of the village center 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, grocery store, bakery and bike rental shop. Crystal clear waters, nice food and nightlife Sea and mountain view. Agistri with its island aura is one of the most sought after destinations as it is a breath away from Athens. This small authentic island is located in the heart of the Saronic.
