At the village there are tavernas, a bakery, a super market, cafes, as well as a petrol station. The closest beach is Erimitis, 15-25 mins walk down a small hill from the house or 5 mins drive.

Also, you do not need transportation to access the ferry and hydrofoil, as they are in very close proximity.

Το N e r a d u House είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό ισόγειο πέτρινο στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Φαναριωτατικα. Eίναι το τρίτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του N e ra d u house και περιβάλλεται από έναν υπεραιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2022 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.
