A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. we are happy to offer you a maker space with plenty of room to craft or relax by the pool . Take advantage of early morning walks on the beach , a ten minute walk at the end of the street, or catch a romantic sunset. Enjoy the cider and many hikes. Use the well equipped kitchen to make a gourmet dish. The possibilities are endless on the Sunshine Coast! Please note: the Pool is closed from October until May. The Gym is closed .

Oceanfront Home - 1bdr Suite is a separate space.

South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Cliff Top Family Home Over Looking the Ocean

This beautiful home is located on Oxbow Ridge on Pender Island with a breathtaking view over Poets Cove. It offers a landscaped yard with chairs to relax in to admire the views. There is a smaller cottage that tenants live in on site in an adjacent building, they have a dog on site who may pop over to say hi. The main house is the owners personal home and live in it during the year. Please note that we have two private areas that will be closed off to guests in the house.
