Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

Euer eigener Weiler: 2 Rustici an der Verzasca

Zwei 300-jährige Steinhäuser mit originalen Granitdächern — euer eigener kleiner Weiler, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der smaragdgrünen Verzasca entfernt. Hier ist sonst niemand. Direkt hinter den Häusern der Kastanienwald, gegenüber ein Wasserfall. Nachts hört man ausser Fluss und Grillen nichts. Beide Häuser zusammen; 300 m², insgesamt 5 Zimmer (davon 3 Schlafzimmer), 12 Schlafplätze, 2 Küchen, 2 Bäder, 2 Cheminées, 2 Terrassen und schattiger Garten — alles verbunden, alles für Euch.

Chalet La Barona

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

La casetta nel bosco Valle Anzasca

"La casetta nel bosco" è un ambiente immerso nel verde dei castagni e dei tigli, per "ascoltare la natura che parla" ma anche la musica (casse acustiche in ogni piano, anche all'aperto) e lasciarsi cullare da momenti di vita lenta, semplice, autentica. Si trova in un piccolo villaggio alpino da cui si parte per raggiungere altri villaggi e località, a piedi e in auto. Il giardino a uso esclusivo con area pranzo, barbecue, piscina, ombrelloni e sdraio è molto amato. E' presente Wi-Fi.

In un paesino tranquillo circondato dal verde, casa indipendente interamente ristrutturata valorizzando i materiali originali quali la pietra e il legno è dotata di cucina abitabile, due camere, un bagno e un locale lavanderia. Alle porte del Parco Nazionale Valgrande la struttura è situata in posizione strategica a due passi dai laghi e dalle valli Ossolane. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.
