Our apartment is located a few kilometers south of Poreč, but it's still close to restaurants, beaches, and loads of sights and activities. You’ll love our place because it's cozy, well-equipped, quiet, and comfy, plus high ceilings make our apartment feel airy. Our apartment is good for couples, families with one child, and all who wish peace and quiet while still being close to the hustle & bustle of Poreč. Car is recommended, although you can easily reach the beach and the center on a bike.

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Apartman veličine 45m2 na 50m od mora u samom centru Vrsara, gosti imaju i besplatan parking za auto te privatnu terasu na korištenje. Apartman je moderno renoviran 2020. godine te je opremljen svim potrebnim sadržajem za savršen ljetni odmor. Nekoliko minuta pješke nalazi se plaža, marina, pekara, trgovina, autobusna stanica, restorani i slični sadržaji. You can cool yourself down in the pool, or you can enjoy preparing your food in the cosy summer kitchen with the traditional open fireplace. The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.
