There is plenty of room to spread out! There are 2 separate cabins with a total of 5 bedrooms and large living/gathering spaces. In the backyard is a large grass yard with stunning views over the lake. Minutes away from the famous Kenai River and close to stores but yet very secluded. Our property is not shared-all yours to enjoy!

This quiet two-story, one-of-a-kind cabin has 1 private bedroom and one larger walk-thru bedroom. It features two private decks, one on each floor, a huge, new dock for the canoe and paddleboard, a full bath with a shower and toilet, a full kitchen, a living room with a bar for eating as you gaze over the water, brand-new appliances and furniture. This over-the-water cabin can sleep four people quite comfortably with all rooms having a gorgeous view of the water, wildlife, and the sunrise!

Firewood provided for fire pit and wood stoves. Approx 20 minutes from Soldotna, and approx 20 minutes from Ninilchik.
