Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

Newton Hall Farm cottage on our working farm; idyllic if you like mooing, and twit twoos (resident barn owl opposite). It’s mainly quiet, with a good-sized private, south facing garden with views of fields behind, with access to country walks. The farm is your neighbour and you are in the countryside with all that goes with it. Hot tub on the patio with plenty of space for barbequing. Fenced garden, safe for small children and dogs. We are excited to be offering Oak House for guests to visit. Once called the Garden of Lancashire, Leyland is a beautiful area with easy access to the Lakes, Bowland Fells, Rivington Pike, and seaside towns of Blackpool, Southport and Morecambe Bay. It is also a short distance from Manchester and Liverpool.
