Misty Ridge - Kennerdell Getaway

Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Inspired by the Greek islands, the Doors of Greece suite is located in the heart of downtown Clarion, PA - minutes from I-80. The suite has a private bedroom, full kitchen/living area, and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, with additional sleeping arrangements in a pull out sofa in the living room. The suite is a perfect fit for a couple, friends, or a small family. Walkable to Clarion University, restaurants, breweries & stores. A quick drive to Cook Forest. Free off-street parking.

Riverfront - Whittled Duck River Camp

The Whittled Duck River Camp property features 200 feet of river frontage, a deck overlooking the Clarion River and everything you need for a peaceful retreat. The cabin is located upstream from both Clear Creek and Cook Forest State Parks, 15 min from Loletta and next door to the Allegheny National Forest. Here you will find quiet and seclusion while staying close enough to enjoy all the recreational opportunities you love! Landline can be used by guests unable to get cell coverage.

The Farmhouse

Come and relax in the country setting of The Farmhouse. It is on 200 acres and is over 100 years old. It has been recently remodeled, the first floor accommodations has a spacious updated kitchen, roomy living room, bedroom with queen bed and a spacious full bath. A upstairs bedroom also with a queen bed. A private deck off the living room to enjoy morning coffee or evening relaxing. Spend the evening relaxing in front of a fire in the pavilion right behind the farmhouse.

Welcome to Skyline Serenity, where heaven meets earth. This brand-new cabin was constructed on the side of Heartwood Mountain, overlooking the Pennsylvania forests for miles and miles. Creekside Cabin has all the modern amenities you want in a secluded location that's convenient to everything Cook Forest and the Clarion River have to offer. Check us out on FB/IG @creeksidecabin788 The cabin does not have WiFi and cell phone reception is spotty in the area. Well-behaved furry friends can stay at the cabin for a fee of $25 per pet (max 2). During the winter months we highly recommend using vehicles with 4WD/AWD to access the property.

You can enjoy your indoor fireplace, outdoor scenery and wonderful wildlife. Go Ice Skating at the Park, Cross-Country Skiing, Hiking over 30 miles of hiking trails await you!

Pioneer Rock Cabin near river and trails

Escape to Pioneer Rock Cabin, a peaceful log cabin on two private wooded acres. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching for deer, spend the day kayaking the Allegheny River, hiking nearby trails, or exploring Franklin’s charming Victorian downtown with its shops, restaurants, and festivals. Then return to relax around the fire pit under the stars. Perfect for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or weekend with friends.

We live upstairs in a contemporary style house built in 2000 1 new Queen sized bed Queen sized air mattress if needed upon request We will have some small snacks and drinks provided for you upon arrival . The kitchen is fully stocked with anything for your cooking or baking needs. We are a quiet living family but as we are upstairs there may be some noise. However we go to bed early 😊
