Fern Tree is a special compact, bijou and quirky 300 hundred year old cottage situated in the heart of the conservation area in the historic town of Frome. Feel the atmosphere as you walk in that only time can create. It has a master bedroom with a king size bed. The second bedroom one single bed has stairs to the attic room, no door. attic room has 2 single beds and a 6th person is a mattress on the floor A wooden, well equipped kitchen leads you out to a beautiful peaceful sunny courtyard.

The house looks over fields and countryside yet only 12 miles from Bath and 3 miles from the very cool town of Frome. We have a farm shop and cafe right on your doorstep as well as two great pubs. all perfect for your stay so you can enjoy country walks, log fires. The Old School House

The accommodation is in an old Victorian School House, built in 1847. Originally, boys and girls entered through different doors and sat at separate desks. although probably huddling closely together around the fire in the cold winters. Today the building is divided between a spacious, comfortable home and a pottery. Many historic features are still visible. You're very welcome to visit the pottery and have a pottery experience.
