We now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

We are 2 miles north-west of Boston and are 150 yds from the river Witham which is great for walking, cycling, fishing and paddleboarding. One well behaved pet is welcome to stay.

Hot tub and extensive grounds are privately enclosed for your enjoyment. We accept mimimum stay bookings of 2 nights, Friday check in, with option of late check out on the Sunday.
