Private Getaway in the Heart of the Historic Town of Clovis

This 400 square foot tiny house was created for comfort and convenience. It is a studio layout with a shared space for living and sleeping but still offers a full kitchen, bathroom (with tub), washer, dryer and dedicated off street parking. A light filled space with vaulted ceilings, it is ideal for both short term and longer term stays. It offers modern, designer decor including white subway tile and open shelving in the full kitchen, high thread count sheets and white duvet on a comfortable mattress and some colorful spanish tile in the bathroom. It feels like a quiet, private retreat, but yet, it's close enough to Old Town Clovis to walk to everything. Come and enjoy! You have complete access to this home. You check in and out independently with this house. But, if anything is needed myself or my co-hosts are available to assist. The house is located in the charming, historic downtown district known as Old Town Clovis. You can easily stroll to nearby shops, restaurants, and festivals. Running and walking trails are also nearby. Big box stores and supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away, and the airport can be reached in 15 minutes. There is easy access to Highway 168 which connects you to attractions such as Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks. This home has one dedicated off street parking spot on the side of the property. Taxis are available and there is a bus stop within a 20 minute walk. But, people typically drive when visiting the area. There is WiFi and a smart TV. You can watch personal subscriptions (Netflix, Roku, Hulu, etc). But there is no cable TV. This is an alley facing home where your "view" will be garages and fences. While there are parks and trails within easy walking distance, there is no yard or outdoor space with this house (with the exception of the small front patio). There is a main house facing the street that is separated by privacy fencing. You access your home via the rear alley behind the main house and have one dedicated parking spot. If you have more than one vehicle you will need to park those additional vehicles on the street.

Enjoy the serene setting of this modern suite, nestled in the trees. Gaze out the full wall of windows, and catch a glimpse of the wildlife drinking from the Fresno River. Feel like you are secluded in the woods, but quickly make your way to the highway, and on your adventure to Yosemite National Park and other wonderful outdoor destinations. This generously appointed studio has everything you need for a weekend trip, or an extended work from anywhere getaway. LGBTQIA+ friendly host and listing.

Pondside Studio Near Yosemite and Bass Lake.

Private one room studio with bathroom (shower, no bathtub) and kitchenette with a small fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, and coffeemaker (coffee, tea, and water provided). No other type of cooking allowed. Designated parking with private entrance. No smoking allowed on property. Located 3 miles from restaurants and shopping. Access to pond area with outdoor seating and gazebo, and a gas BBQ is near the studio. Lots of wildlife. 18 miles to Yosemite’s southern entrance and 5 miles to Bass Lake.

End of the Road Cabin-Getaway from it all & relax!

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. No TV here but great WiFi! This is a peaceful and quite getaway for 2 or 3. Views are amazing and plenty of trails to hike from the cabin. It is the perfect place to relax and recharge before going back home. The South gate to Yosemite is less than 30 minutes away. Bass Lake is a short drive from the cabin. Use the propane BBQ on the deck and enjoy the nature show all around you. We look forward to hosting you! We are pet friendly for 2 dogs.

Tiny Cabin

Our Tiny Cabin is one of two tiny houses located on our property. It has a full bathroom w/shower, fully stocked kitchenette, living area, full size sofa bed & a loft with a queen mattress. The front deck is great for relaxing & we've supplied a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Located next to Bandit Town, 4.5 miles from the south shore of Bass Lake, 25 miles from Yosemite's south gate or you can meander thru the Scenic Byway for plenty of hiking & 100 miles of amazing peaks, valleys & meadows.

Manzanita Tiny Cabin

Escape to nature in our Manzanita Tiny Cabin. This is one of two tiny houses on our property. Enjoy the views and the stars on the peaceful 24 acres this cabin shares. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, stargazing or playing the 6-hole disc golf course.

Sequoia Moonlight Ridge

Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance! The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and, a 60ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

Our brand-new guest cottage is an architect-designed tiny home for 2, in a peaceful rural area. It is just 28 minutes from beautiful Kings Canyon National Park. There is a view of meadows and guests are welcome to stroll the half-mile around and view the sheep, dogs and horses. Birdlife is abundant and nearby is Cat Haven ( featuring lions, snow leopards etc.). Yosemite is within reach for a day trip. We have a great coffee shop 2 minutes away! Sorry, no assistance animals (see house rules)
