The Traveler

The Traveler features two bedrooms with full size and queen size beds, spacious living area with large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor furniture in back patio, fully stocked breakfast kitchen and a full bathroom with shower. It is close to Susquehanna and Bucknell University. Fantastic restaurants, brew pubs and shopping offered in both towns. Knoebels Amusement Park, which is free parking and entry, is only 20 miles away. The Isle of Que riverfront is nearby to enjoy walking and biking on the banks of the Susquehanna River.

Come enjoy all the views from this cozy cabin on the Middlecreek. This cabin can sleep 8 people across three bedrooms. The first floor bedroom has a king size bed in a private bedroom. The second floor has two bed rooms both of which have 2 full size beds for a total of 4 full beds. Sit on the outdoor couch and watch the sun rise/set or relax in the 7 person hot tub boasting 90 jets while you watch the stream flow on by! The stream is also stocked each year with trout for all you fisherman!

We would love to be your host and like meeting new people , we do respect your privacy . We generally greet our guests upon arrival ! Our home is "your home away from home" We are about a 20 minute drive to Selinsgrove where Susquehanna University calls it home. Downtown Selinsgrove has a variety of restaurants and shops . Also about 10 minutes away is the town of Mifflinburg which is home to the Mifflinburg Buggy Museum . Penn View Bible Institute is less then 5 minutes away .

The St. Jude Tree Farm

The St. Jude Tree Farm might be what Davis and Bryan had in mind when they sang, “you can’t buy happiness, but you can buy dirt.” While you can’t rent happiness either, you can rent the SJTF. The SJTF offers family R and R with scenic views from a 900 sq. ft. deck, a 3 -acre lawn, basketball courts (one indoors), and a stone patio with a fire “wall” (as opposed to "pit"). There are several wineries, restaurants, shops and sights within a convenient drive.
