The Rose Cottage is a charming historic cottage located on the main street near the town center in Springdale. Guests are surrounded with views of Zion National Park and are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, art galleries, a grocery store and steps away to shuttle stops for easy access to the park. Orderville is a small rural community with all of the necessities for your visit, i.e. gas station, grocery store, post office, restaurant, etc. Should you require anything other than necessities, you would need to bring them.

Welcome to “K Hill Cottage”, a cozy home away from home. A great place for up to four friends/family to stay while seeing Zions, Bryce Canyon, North Rim of the Grand Canyon or the Grand Stair Case Escalente Monument. We are a non-smoking, non-vapor and non-pet property as well. We offer 10% for week long stays and 20% for month long stays.
