My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

Step outside to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, and stocked lakes and streams. Well maintained paved state road to cabin driveway. The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

The tin roof creates a cozy sound on rainy days while you can cuddle up on a comfy couch and nap or watch a favorite movie. Not to mention wonderful hiking trails all around!

The Camp at Willow Brook: a Modest Rural Retreat

Two bedroom, 1 bath cabin nestled in the foothills of the Shenandoah Mountains beside Waggy's Creek. The cabin, originally built as a mountain family getaway, has recently been renovated as an Airbnb for those seeking outdoor activities and tranquility. The rustic cabin is also accompanied by a picnic shelter with a working rock fireplace, loft, and an additional outdoor bathroom (in season). Approximately 2 acres of field and partially wooded property are available to guests. NO PETS.

Minutes from George Washington National Forest and dry river. The cabin is only 20 minutes from downtown Harrisonburg. Note that this cabin has one bedroom downstairs, and one bed upstairs in the loft area accessible by ship ladder style steps. The loft is a sleeping area but does not have it’s own door.

Secluded mountain retreat on a private drive. Newly renovated! Just a short drive to local colleges Eastern Mennonite University, Bridgewater College and James Madison University. There are lots of local restaurants or stay in and cook in the fully stocked kitchen! Seasonally local produce is available from farm stands. Be prepared to see wildlife from the porch sitting in a rocking chair or see a sunrise or sunset peeking through the trees!
