The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

"Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room provides abundant natural lighting. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for parking small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access.

This home is situated two blocks from Harley Park which includes lookout point with a beautiful view of the Missouri River. One block away is the Katy Trail which includes the historic Katy Trail Bridge, as well as Isle of Capri Casino. Boonville is known for it’s history and charm. Attractions include museums, aquatic center, golf course, and Warm Springs Ranch home of the Budweiser Clydesdales.

Light breakfast options include breakfast bar, oatmeal, nut/fruit packet, coffee, tea, juice.PETS NOT ALLOWED.

Restful Rustic Comfy Cabin.

Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".

MRF Inn - West Suite - lower level

PLEASE READ!!! The MRF Inn features contact free stays and check-in. The Inn is newly remodeled. Each Unit has a small kitchenette area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishes, serving ware and a coffee maker. You will need to acquire provisions ahead of time as there is not a grocery store in Arrow Rock. Meals and snacks are not provided. This room is on the first floor, west suite of the Inn. There is not a common area/gathering room.
