Sunrises over the backyard amongst the tree covered hills. The private accessory apartment, attached to the main home, includes one bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom, & porch. Witness the bustle of the active homestead. Relatively close to landmark casinos (Foxwoods & Mohegan Sun), hiking, the shoreline & historic sites.

This spacious peaceful and private home on 5 acres is great for unwinding & relaxing whether it is enjoying the day by the incredible pool/spa or stargazing at night. Far from the noise and pollution of city life. You can spend a weekend or a week away from work life because you deserve it. Close to Foxwoods casino and Mohegan sun casino, super Walmart and other stores. Please let us know before booking more than 4 people whether it is just for the day or night or both. No loud music no parties.

Cozy Cape on the Cove

Our two-bedroom cape on the tidal cove is a paradise for any birdwatcher, fisherman, or kayak enthusiast. It’s not for swimming though. We are located near any destination you may want (i.e. casinos), yet far enough off the beaten path to enjoy some peace & quiet. Listen to the birds and crickets by the firepit or take out our rentable kayaks for a morning paddle. Dogs welcome too! Pet fee is $50 per stay. Maximum 2 dogs. Maximum of 3 guests. Any unauthorized guest will be charged at $50/each.

Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. Fire pit, heated outhouse with composting toilet, outdoor dining area, brook, pond and trail head are just steps away. We also have a TREE HOUSE and HIKER’S HAVEN house by the brook. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the sunrise over the lake from the spacious deck or from the generously sized living room and bedroom windows. The lake is home to swans and bald eagles, as well as large and smallmouth bass. Relax in style in our spacious, beautifully furnished home featuring an arcade style game room, an exercise room including a home gym and two stationary bicycles positioned to overlook the lake, and a roomy kitchen stocked with all the cooking and baking equipment you need.

We are located near numerous vineyards, a brewery, the Connecticut Airline Trail, and great local restaurants! Guests have access to the grill, fire pit, kayaks, and two main beaches.

Foxwoods casino is only 10 minute drive. Looking for a family destination or some great dining? Just a 20 minute trip to downtown Mystic, aquarium, seaport etc.
