L'appartamento Rosso Camelia è di nuova costruzione, accogliente e confortevole, per vacanze o brevi soggiorni. Situato in una zona tranquilla e residenziale, a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti, bar e supermercati. Si sviluppa su un unico piano al piano terra ed è progettato per essere accessibile anche a persone con disabilità motorie. Le porte hanno una larghezza adeguata per il passaggio di carrozzine, il bagno è attrezzato con doccia a filo pavimento per consentire l'accesso con carrozzina.

Il monolocale Primula è un’ottima soluzione per viaggiatori singoli o coppie che vogliano passare del tempo nella natura avendo anche i servizi di un piccolo centro. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un divano (convertibile in letto su richiesta) una cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia e una zona living con caminetto e climatizzatore. Un piacevole panorama è visibile dal balcone. Il Wi-Fi ad alta velocità lo rende ideale per lo smartworking. Area giochi nel giardino di fronte all'appartamento.

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

In posizione strategica permette di raggiungere Sacile, Polcenigo, Aviano, Pordenone ma anche la foresta del Cansiglio, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Venezia e le colline del Prosecco. Gli amanti dello sport possono usufruire dei numerosi sentieri percorribili sia in mountain-bike che a piedi.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
