6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

Private cottage has ocean view, and is just across the road from Caspar Headlands State Park. Enter through private gate into your own garden with outdoor seating. Inside the cottage, there is a kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, tile floor, skylights, full bath with claw foot tub, artistic and period details. From the cottage, walk to the beach, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino.

This coastal forest cabin is the only property with access to the little known south headlands beach trail of Russian Gulch State Park. Bring your hiking shoes. Just steps from the beach and other connecting trails like the famous waterfall trail, Mendocino headlands trail, and the north headlands trail. Come experience the magic!

Whilst the property is set on a quiet bluff, it is still a short drive to all amenities of both Fort Bragg and Mendocino. You will be 2 miles to the world famous Skunk Train (redwood forest train tours). 1 mile from downtown Fort Fragg, and 10 mins drive from Mendocino. You can walk 15 mins into Noyo harbour where you can enjoy great fishing charters, whale watching tours, riverside kayaking, and nice dining experiences. You will also be a few mins away from world famous national parks.

This cozy house was just built on 3-acres. This property has all modern appliances & everything you will need for cooking. There is a covered front porch that overlooks a garden & has a barbecue for a relaxing meal. The back of the property has a fire pit & table for roasting marshmallows. Two walking blocks away is the Botanical Gardens where you will experience vast gardens and spectacular views, and maybe see a pod of whales. The house has a private driveway and a code to get in.

Perfect stop on a road trip, just 1.5 miles from HWY 1 and endless coastal adventures. 🛏️ Indoors: Queen sized bed with cozy cotton flannel sheets, down comforter, and fluffy pillows, love seat, pour over coffee set up, small cooler, books galore.  ✨No Wifi ✨ 🌲 Outdoors: hot shower with view of the redwoods and open sky, sink, composting toilet greenhouse bathroom about 30 steps from the cabin.

The Photographer's Studio

The studio is a sun-filled, very spacious private room with en suite bathroom, and South facing deck, located in a separate building behind the main house in a large flower & fruit tree filled yard. The yard is often shared with Felix our playful tuxedo cat and Blossom our McNab Shepherd. We also rent "Osprey Aerie", the apartment upstairs, featuring a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer.
