This modern and unique home in located in the Sylvan Hills area of Atlanta. Located just 10 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. With that being said it is in and urban neighborhood so even though our home is beautiful, the rest of the area is up and coming. The neighbors are nice and we've never had a safety concern or complaint. The area does have some potential for noise especially on the weekends, during the week is usually pretty quiet.
