You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Combined in rustic style with modern furnishings, it includes a kitchen; large living area with a table for 8 people, a sofa bed; living room with TV and sofas on the upper level. Three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a baby bed. The apartment is completed by three full bathrooms with shower and access to the balconies.
