Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. We are sure you will have a pleasant stay in our lovely home and will enjoy summer nights in the gorgeous patio.

This villa is in a quiet antique area in Fornalutx, it offers nice outdoors with terraces & garden, swimming pool and nice gas BBQ. The house is a traditional mallorcan and has a sitting area plus fully equipped kitchen downstairs, floor 1: large bathroom with bathtube and 1 bedroom and upstairs another seating area and bedroom plus lovely sunny roof terrace with breathtaking mountain views. There is a casita/room by pool, where to be al fresco ideal for kids or siesta + toilet next to it.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
