A charming 2 BR/1 Bath bamboo cottage with direct access to the beach and pool. It’s a relaxed, seaside escape where a few friendly resident dogs call the property home. They roam the grounds and may occasionally say hello, adding a lived‑in, homey feel to the space. If you don’t enjoy being around dogs or prefer a pet‑free environment, this is likely not the best fit for you. Only 950 meters from the highway, we are nextdoor to Liquid Dumaguete Resort. Cozy city Mango Tree Building unit (Milo)

Our unit is named after our Shih Tzu dog, Milo. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We offer free pick up from the airport/pier for 2 people so you can relax the moment you arrive Dumaguete and head straight to your unit. There is a restaurant, laundry shop (same day service) and nail salon onsite. We have a security guard on patrol at night and a standby generator set. We are also BIR Registered.
