1,200 square foot Flat - Jasmine House

The Proprietor's Flat in the Main House has one, king-size bed and private bath with a tub/shower combination. Tastefully decorated with 18th century furniture, the private and luxurious flat also boasts a separate living room, dining room and kitchen in addition to beautiful hardwood floors. Amenities include hair dryer, iron/board, television, refrigerator, safe and high-speed internet access. These living quarters are the largest in the Jasmine House, totaling 1,200 sq. ft.

Swim in the largest pool on Folly Beach! Beach access is only 1 block away. 1 parking pass provided. Must be 21 years old to book. Community grill. NO smoking. Pet friendly for 1 dog with an additional $125 + tax pet fee. Occupancy cannot exceed 3 guests.
