Juste en face de Chora, le village principal, se trouve notre villa, une construction typique de l'île de Folegandros. La maison se situe au calme avec une vue imprenable sur Chora, l'église Panagia et la mer Egée et ses îles. Les murs en pierre, d'une épaisseur de 50 cm environ, permettent de garder les espaces intérieurs au frais sans devoir installer une système de climatisation, solution qui serait énergivore et pas respectueuse de l'environnement.
