Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Perfect base to explore the city at this centrally-located place. Under 10 minutes to the airport, universities, shopping, hospitals, restaurants, parks etc.  You will have a two bedroom home that will sleep four, and a fifth person on one of the couches if needed. We have a fully stocked kitchen, with coffee makers, coffee, and cream. Come and make yourself at home-we enjoyed it when we lived here! This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

It is a great place to unwind and relax. This tranquility is located 8 miles from I-75 in Davisburg, Michigan. Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks.

Pet/family friendly Relax in this stylish space. It's a very safe area, we know we live across the street. Been in the neighborhood for 7 years with no problems. It's a very quiet, and relaxed neighborhood. Pet friendly, spacious, lots of privacy, and a double lot to walk your dog. No neighbors on one side,quiet retired lady on other. Quaint church on the corner, beautiful yard. Close to the expressway to get anywhere quickly.
