Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina just steps away.

The Country Life

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place . The property sits roughly on 50 acres . It has a big back porch to sit out on with a beautiful view . You are surrounded by nature . At night time you can see deer grazing. We have an above 18’ round pool with spectacular views of the pasture. We are about 30 minutes away from Toledo Bend Lake. Kisatchie National forest is about 30 minutes away. Hiking trails & swimming. This house has one king bed one queen bed and four twin beds.

Enjoy our dock with outdoor kitchen,(coming soon) 2 boat lifts,fish cleaning station,and fishing/swimming peirs. Enjoy the sounds of the Lake and many species of Birds, as you swing on the porch or Grill in the yard. Cathedral ceilings gives it a open cozy feeling. Boat Launch near by at Kites Landing for 5 dollars. This Cottage is in a cove across from the Indian mounds right off the main lake

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.
