The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, queen-size bed in a master bedroom, twin over full size bunk bed making it ideal for families or small groups. Including living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Whether you’re looking to lay back or simply enjoy a peaceful escape, let the sound of nature soothe your soul.

Under 10 minutes to the airport, universities, shopping, hospitals, restaurants, parks etc.  You will have a two bedroom home that will sleep four, and a fifth person on one of the couches if needed. We have a fully stocked kitchen, with coffee makers, coffee, and cream. Come and make yourself at home-we enjoyed it when we lived here! This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

Enjoy a breath taking view of the Flushing Valley Golf course. Our home is nestled on the 13th fairway. Your reservation is for access to the guest suite. This includes 1BR, 1BA, 1 LR with private access, and WiFi. Parking is included. Patio access is also included.

Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks.
