The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. We’re located only 5 min. from the Asheville airport, and right in the middle between Asheville and Hendersonville, taking 20 min. to get to either downtown. You can enjoy many of the nearby forests: Bent Creek and Mills River are 15 min. away, Pisgah and DuPont are 30 min. away. It’s such a fun experience!
