Además, el gran salón ofrece un sofá cama de 160x200 cm y una mesa de comedor ideal para tus reuniones. El baño completo está perfectamente equipado, y el escritorio con lámpara es ideal si necesitas trabajar durante tu estancia. El apartamento está climatizado con aire acondicionado y bomba de calor, y podrás disfrutar de conexiones WIFI y ethernet en todas las habitaciones. Este apartamento tiene luz, es práctico y tiene todo lo necesario para que no eches de menos tu casa. Este apartamento está pensado para que cuatro personas convivan sin estorbarse. Tienes dos habitaciones privadas: la principal con cama doble y una segunda con dos camas individuales. El balcón es el complemento perfecto para la luz natural del salón. Está pensado para que salgas a tomar el aire, leas un poco o simplemente disfrutes del clima de Barcelona desde la barrera. Un lujo sencillo, pero que se agradece mucho al final del día. No hace falta que llenes la maleta con champú, jabón, toallas, secador o plancha; aquí encontrarás de todo. Si vienes con niños o bebés, avísanos con tiempo; si tenemos disponibilidad, te dejamos una cuna o una trona para que no tengas que cargar con la casa a cuestas. Sinceramente, no creemos que con todo lo que hay que ver en Barcelona te haga falta, pero tienes televisión por si una noche decides que el mejor plan es simplemente quedarse a ver una película. El apartamento es tuyo mientras estés aquí, así que siéntete libre de usar todo lo que encuentres. Queremos que disfrutes del apartamento, pero también que lo cuides como si fuera tuyo (o mejor, si puede ser). Nada de fiestas: El apartamento es para descansar, no para abrir una discoteca. VALLS 4, located on a 19th century building, is a NEWLY 2023 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. - 2 bedrooms. - 2 bathrooms (with showers). - Internet Wi-Fi. - Private terrace and balcony. - Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. - The apartment is on a 2nd floor. - Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. - MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
