Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. The self-contained studio has been refreshed to a high standard with a feature antique French bed, with luxurious Egyptian linens, smart TV and free WiFi. The Studio isn't suitable for dogs.

Carwen Studio

Welcome to Carwen Studio. We can’t wait to host you in sunny Worthing. We are in a lovely walk into the very popular Broadwater and Tarring areas and a short journey to Worthings Cafe and Beachlife. Carwen Studio is well equipped . There is a comfortable lounge with Kitchenette which includes kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. As well as this great lounge you have a bedroom and shower room and you are welcome to use an allocated of road parking space.

The 'Garden Room' is a light and airy self contained three room annex, located in the picturesque village of High Salvington, well known for its Windmill in the Souths Downs National Park. It it is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance from the adjacent family house. With easy access to the Souths Downs, it’s location is ideal for both walking & cycling and also within a 25 minute drive to Goodwood, Chichester, Cowdray and Brighton & Hove.
