Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Casa nel Bosco, 2 km da Seccheto (l'ultimo km è sterrato) , 6 minuti in auto, è situata in un anfiteatro a 200 metri slm, in una oasi di pace e silenzio. Nei grandi spazi esterni una vasca idromassaggio realizzata con le pietre di granito della zona, amache, lettini ed un percorso all'interno della proprietà che si snocciola in mezzo a lecci secolari. La notte ti sembra di toccare il cielo con un dito. Una casa di grande comfort ma adatta a chi ama essere immerso nella natura. (caseelbacharme)

Unser "Casa Paradiso Elba" mit Panoramablick ist nur 300 Meter von den Sandstränden in Cavoli und Seccheto entfernt. Das 1-Zimmer-Studio bietet einen einzigartigen Meerblick und ist mit einem Doppelbett und zwei ausziehbaren Einzelbetten eingerichtet. Die Küchenzeile mit Elektrokochfeld befindet sich abseits des Schlafbereichs. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC und Bidet ausgestattet. Zum Angebot gehören ein kostenloser gedeckter Parkplatz, WLAN sowie Klimaanlage, eingezäunter Garten und Grill.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Fetovaia Mare&Monti

La casa è in uno SPLENDIDO E TRANQUILLO CONTESTO A CIRCA 50 METRI D'ALTITUDINE. La spiaggia dista 300 m a piedi via sentiero, in parte sterrato e in discesa/salita. La parte finale di strada da fare in auto per giungere alla casa, ha due tratti stretti e ripidi di poche decine di metri: GUIDATORI PARTICOLARMENTE INESPERTI, ATTENZIONE!!! poi ci si abitua ... DOVETE PORTARTE LA VOSTRA BIANCHERIA (lenzuola, asciugamani e asciughini): purtroppo non riusciamo ancora a fornire questo servizio.

Monolocale terrazza Montecristo

Il grande monolocale Montecristo, a 200 mt. dalla spiaggia di Fetovaia, con pergola vista mare attrezzata per pranzare all'aperto, ospita comodamente sino a 4 persone. Dispone di: letto matrimoniale e 2 singoli in divano letto, vano all'ingresso con angolo cottura attrezzato e zona pranzo, bagno con box doccia, sistema di ventilazione con pale a soffitto, aria condizionata e free wifi, lavatrice e seconda doccia esterna in comune nel cortile della casa, posto auto riservato all'aperto.

La Torre sopra il mare

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

A mezz'ora da suvereto è possibile prendere il traghetto per l'Isola d'Elba. Adiacente alla nostra struttura si trova la bella cantina della Tenuta Casadei dove, su prenotazione, è possibile fare degustazioni e visita guidata dell'azienda stessa.
