Seaside Villas is a small ocean side community of 22 townhouses located just south of Bethany Beach and north of Fenwick Island State Park. The townhouse is about 75 yards to the beach. The townhouse has unobstructed views of the ocean from two decks. You can watch the sunrise over the ocean while relaxing on the king bed in the master suite.
