Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed, a sitting area,a living room with a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a two burner gas stove. For families with little ones, pack'n play is available upon request. Outside, enjoy a fenced backyard with a playscape, barbeque pit, picnic table. It was just featured in FleaMarket Home & Living Magazine. The farmhouse has been extensively remodeled, keeping its original shiplap, and adding all the things modern and comfortable. You'll love soaking in a new cast iron clawfoot tub, rocking on the front porch, or simply strolling to a wine bar or local favorite burger joint Joe's Place.

The Horseshoe Cottage

Charming Texas Hill Country guest cottage located on 19 acre private family horse farm. Easy access to Hwy. 237, close to Festival Hill and 2.5 miles to the town square. This spacious studio has a queen bed and day bed with trundle (two twin beds). There is also a kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, washer/dryer and closet space. Air Conditioning, Heat. WiFi avaliable. Covered porch with two rocking chairs.

Located in the quaint town of Fayetteville, TX we are two blocks off the town square! There are several restaurants on the square and a great little grocery is just across the street. There are shops on the square and Round Top and Warrenton are 15 minute drives! Lake Fayette is also 15 minutes away! There are several wineries in the area! The painted churches and Hatari Wildlife Park are fun day trips! So come spend a weekend or longer enjoying a small town atmosphere!

J-A Farm Stop

This is a perfect place to spend for an overnight stay or a short trip. The reason for this is because there is no kitchen, only a small fridge and microwave. The breeze way in between the guest suite and the main house is shared with owners but you will have total privacy in the guest suite which is separate from the main house. Our super friendly pups on the property love to greet everyone! NO Cleaning Fee!

1916 Farmhouse at Mill's Creek

Relax and unwind at the 1916 Farmhouse on Mill's Creek. Enjoy the view of the 13 acres of the Sealy countryside. Mill's Creek runs along side of the Farmhouse. Bring your fishin pole. The Farmhouse is located halfway between Sealy and Bellville. These cute little towns have some yummy mom n pop restaurants and unique shops to explore for antiques.

Located 3 miles from downtown Brenham, this cottage is perfect for those heading to Lake Somerville, Round Top and Warrenton, and other area highlights. Located in an acreage subdivision on 1 acre lot. Quiet, country feel very near town.
