Pet friendly Farm stay in amazing countryside

Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

We have created a serene, spacious and tranquil place in a rural Hampshire Village, with excellent transport links to the South Coast and direct trains to London within 50 minutes, which makes it an ideal location for exploring. Guests staying here can enjoy lovely country walks whilst still very close to the amenities of Basingstoke. Our studio is very spacious with it`s own patio and garden furniture, weather permitting. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.
