Beaches 10-12min away, Mayo, Walmart, Target, Costco, Town Center mall , Sam’s club, all kinds of restaurants- all 5-15 min around our property. ‼️‼️ For about 1/4 mil the road is not paved, but driving small sedans 🚘 is ok. Parking for 1 vehicle only Studio apt. attached to our house but privately separated. Centrally located in Jacksonville, only a ten minutes to the beaches, 12 minutes to mayo clinic. Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.

Our treehouse is located on 1 of the many islands located within the Timucuan Ecological Preserve and has been branded as the North Florida Keys(it is accessible by car). The Hideaway was just recently remodeled with modern taste and simple design to ensure that our guests feel comfortable in every aspect of their stay. The space has 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The house also sits on a large lot so our guests can bring their boats or pwc’s to enjoy the local waters.
