You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. Available mid May thru the end of Sept. It's a quaint cottage in a quiet neighborhood with a large yard in East Falmouth. Close to everything Falmouth has to offer. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens +towels are provided. We are 3 miles from a public beach, close to resturants, downtown Falmouth and Smitty's ice cream. Bring your kayak or paddle board, we are close to water access on Great Pond.I have beach towels and chairs available.

Ideal for a young, energetic family with unlimited mobility. No pets please! Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.

Absolutely Adorable 4 Bedroom Ranch

Property is very close to beach at lovely, freshwater Jenkins Pond. This nicely furnished rental has a fabulous lower level family/TV room with add'l sleeping area and a full bath. Outdoors there is a large yard with a large deck and outside shower during the summer season. Minimum 2-night stay, rates may vary depending on season, weekly and monthly rate available.
