This 1901 bungalow still maintains much of its historic charm, though it is newly renovated and stylishly furnished for the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay. **We charge a separate $30 per pet/per night fee AFTER you book.

You’ll feel like you’re getting away from it all in this modern, private tiny house in the trees, even though you’re just minutes from Duke, downtown Durham, shopping, and restaurants. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and city convenience. The home includes all the essentials — full kitchen, laundry, A/C, and high-speed internet — but many guests find themselves spending most of their time relaxing on the screened-in porch, listening to birds, and recharging.

You can enjoy work productivity or privacy and relaxation in this allergy safe, non-smoking home. 17 min to RDU Airport: 10 miles to Downtown. 11 miles from Falls Lake State Recreation Area. No locals please! We prefer guests who are tourists, visiting relatives, or here on business. No pets or service animals.

Fix coffee or meals in the kitchen and get some work done at the desk or on the outdoor dining table using the wi-fi. The shower has virtually unlimited hot water. You can also eat dinner or hang out in the hammock in the secret garden under the glow of bistro lights.

Stay on a working fiber/lavender farm convenient to the Raleigh/Durham area - 20 min. from Interstate 85 & 50 min. from 95. Interact with our alpacas, sheep, llamas, Angora goats, donkeys, & more. Shop our farm store, stroll the property, feed treats to our animals. Twenty stairs lead up to the 700 sq ft over-the-garage apartment with private entrance. Includes a king bed & pullout couch.
