This property is located in Wannanup and is part of Port Bouvard development known for it peaceful surrounds and comprises of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with its own grand cinema and private jetty. The space The house is newly constructed with a feature brick and tile. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishing and segmented with glass panels that take advantage of the panoramic views of the canal. Bedding configuration consists of 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds and 2 Bunk beds makes it comfortable sleeping for 10 people. Cook in a Master Chef's kitchen or use the large outdoor BBQ to entertain family and friends with dinning indoors/outdoors. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views or soak in the sun or get a cinematic feel or play some pool or catch crabs off the jetty or adventure through the canals with the kayaks provided. Please note a damage deposit of $500 is due when booking

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful water front oasis. We supply kayaks and crab nets for free use by our guests. Bring your own fishing rods for Bream, Tailor & Herring. There is also a jetty to moor your boat or you could just simply relax with the birds and dolphins watching the day go by in your very own little hideaway on this huge water front canal property. Wifi now available Skylight Retreat is a light and airy, fully equipped 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that can easily accommodate 2 families. The open living area has two wonderful skylights. Ducted air in all rooms will keep you cool in summer and warm/cosy in winter. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating including beanbags, along with two cupboards with jigsaws, games and books. The huge 8 seater dining table definitely caters for all guests and the well appointed kitchen won’t disappoint.

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

Couples, solo adventurers, and families, positioned between the beach and the estuary this house is the perfect location for swimming, surfing, fishing, crabbing and relaxing. Just a 5 minute walk to the estuary or a 10 minute walk to the beach. Equipment for all the activities are available. Visitors can meet Peter and Liz next door if they wish and learn about the best restaurants, walking trails and fishing spots as there is no dividing fence.
