Large characterful farmhouse cottage close to Guildford and the renowned beauty of its surrounding villages. Described as enchanting and almost magical, its white archways give a Mediterranean feel, and add to the abundance of charm of this truly unique property. This beautiful character home is traditional but with well-appointed modern touches, and while cosy it is also very spacious. The stylish interior leads out to a generous secluded garden, with areas for outdoor dining and recreation.

The Victorian Lodge (1876) is a charming & quintessentially English country cottage on a private estate once owned by King Henry 8th. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

It is the perfect destination for walkers, mountain bikers and lovers of the outdoors. Dog walking and country pub heaven!

Proper flushing loo in hut, walk in thermostatic shower and sink in an adjacent shed. Meet/feed our chickens, collect fresh eggs if available (small charge!). Fully insulated/doubleglazed, thermostat controlled heating, hot/cold running water, electric kettle, toaster, 240v mains, tv, dvd, fridge freezer, camp cooker, free WiFi, outside dining, barbie, firepit Slippers advised, floor can be a bit cold in winter. Please note, in freezing weather the shower may not be available.

Set on 38 acres of woodlands between Guildford and Woking, with fast train access to London. Pets allowed — up to 2 small pets, £25 per pet for the stay.
