A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

Edificio bioecologico in doppia classe A, energetica ed ambientale, costituito da due appartamenti, uno al piano terra e l'altro al piano primo. Viene locato quello al piano primo, costituito da ingresso indipendente, Cucina/pranzo/soggiorno,terrazza,camera matrimoniale e bagno. Vista lago a 180 gradi, con piscina e spazio verde esterno. La piscina è privata ed è condivisa con la proprietà. SE IL PERIODO DA VOI SCELTO FOSSE OCCUPATO, CONTATTATEMI, TROVEREMO UNA SOLUZIONE

Casolare immerso nella natura

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

Hill Village Pink House

The two-storey sky-earth house was rebuilt and refurbished after the 1997 earthquake but still preserves its original rural structure. We like to come here to relax and enjoy la bella italia in a tranquil and safe context. This has been our family home for many years. Now that we dont't use it often we are happy to share it with you. We made it with lots of love, and hope you feel at welcome.

Easily to reach by car. With panoramic pool, hammocks, big terrace, enough privacy for everyone. Near a small medieval village Poggio Cupro 2km from Cupramontana, with restaurants, pizzeria, shops and bars. Very quiet environment, central position to visit the Frasassi caves, Fabriano, Jesi, Gubbio, Ancona, Perugia, Assisi, and the Adriatic coast. We rent out scooters.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
