Additionally, we have included upscale amenities, such as a super comfortable king bed, rooftop pool, hot tub, and patio. Our location is very walkable with a score of 97. You'll be just steps away from the best restaurants, bars, shops, and theaters that DTLA has to offer.

This modern loft is within walking distance to downtown's best bars and restaurants. It's also less than a mile from crypto dot com arena. The location even offers fast access to Dodger Stadium, The Greek, and Banc of California Stadium. Inside, is a large space with vaulted ceilings. Between the King bed in the bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living room, up to 4 adults can sleep comfortably. 2 big screen TV's. One in the living room and one in the bedroom (which has a moveable stand).

You can find many places like playhouses, music venues, restaurants and bars by less than 3 minutes walk. Enjoy complimentary quality coffee and tea provided by me. Every guest or short time visitor needs to send the copy of his/her ID to the host prior to the arrival. The front desk will check the ID. If you want to bring guests it is fine but you need to send the copy of their ID to the host.
