Come and experience a unique connection with horses. During the time spent on the farm, we will explore how we have learned to communicate with horses through history and how we have learned to listen to what they have to teach us. There will be a brief discussion of horse psychology, a demonstration on Natural Horsemanship, and then ample time for you to spend with horses in an enclosed, safe environment which often fosters self growth and reflection. Horses, throughout antiquity, have shared a unique bond with humanity. From early Paleolithic paintings in the Chauvet Caves to the vivid words of Anna Sewell describing a young black beauty galloping through a field, we have been drawn to these beautiful animals. Horses have played a prominent role in human connection, evolution, and identity.
