Discovering my passion for fitness, I completed my Personal Training Certificate and specialise in HITT (high intensity training) to build your body's cardiovascular ability while shedding fat, toning and maintaining muscle tone. I have taught group fitness classes, conducted one-on-one training sessions and group training classes in Canada, Australia and Croatia.

I will provide a mat to comfortably lay down for exercises. Any floor markers such as cones for interval exercises. Water to stay hydrated.

Wear proper footwear and exercise gear. Hat and sunscreen. A small sweat towel.

The session will be held in Central Park in Burnaby, easily accessible by SkyTrain. The closest stop is Patterson Station.
