Spring Foraging workshop – 12- 4:30pm,Walking the Trails of a beautiful 400 acre property. Learn to identify Spring Growth Edibles, Collect and discuss processing of Wild Mustard, Nettle, Ramps, Spruce Tips and Morels (amongst other notables). This is an intense field practicum. Participants of this workshop will be required to dress appropriate for all weather including Tick Spray. Bring paper…

This is an outdoor activity. So we request Guests to dress appropriately to the weather. The Farm has free run chickens, a horse, a dog and many cats. We will be walking much of the experience.

Hot Maple Tea, Hot Coca and freshly Roasted Coffee will be served with the snacks

Hva du skal ta med

Guests should be dressed weather appropriate
Water proof boots and rain coat (if needed)
Tick Spray, paper bags, basket, gardening gloves, scissors.
