Upon arriving, we will perform a dynamic warm up followed by a jog to the end of South Pier and back. Then work our way to south Pointe Park and up Ocean Dr. Stopping at Lummus Park next we will go through a short guided workout circuit at Lummus Park. We will meet on South Beach South Pier right at the big sign before going out on the pier. We will take a light jog or fast pace walk to the end and back. From there we will follow the beautiful path to Lummus beach. We will do a short circuit workout at the gym on the beach. Depending on the group we may have a short volleyball session before we take a final jog/ walk on the beach along the ocean back to where we began at South Pier.
